We, the CSS, are expanding the team in the UK to help manage, support, and enhance our customers\’ experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS. The team works primarily with UK Secure Govt Customers but also with UK Commercial Customers when required. Lifecycle management As customers grow and mature with their operations, we act as enablers to enhance product adoption and user experience. Our focus on continual service improvement is a key differentiator. As part of the Customer Success Services organization, you will have opportunities in the lifecycle management of SaaS and PaaS solutions—leveraging your expertise to innovate business and IT processes, improve product adoption, and support release management activities for quarterly releases. You will also be involved in assisting customers in their day-to-day queries, creating extensions and enrichments to the implemented product, and helping them on their journey to cloud, ensuring they achieve their key business process KPIs. What you’ll do As a Selenium Developer / Test Manager for UK Government Clients, your focus is to deliver automated and manual testing along with reporting within a secure environment as part of a team of SaaS functional application support engineers. You will be a main point of contact for customers during monthly and quarterly regression testing cycles, responsible for providing regression testing output reports and advising internal Oracle teams on testing services. You will offer strategic support to ensure the highest customer satisfaction, building and using automated technologies to diagnose, document, and resolve or prevent customer issues. You may be required to provide on-site customer visits. Performance testing and critical process monitoring of SaaS applications may also be part of your responsibilities. The background you should have for this job 5+ years’ experience in Software Testing, specializing in Automation, Manual, and Performance Testing Expertise in Selenium with Java and No Code automation frameworks Strong programming skills in Java and Python for test automation and utility development Proficiency in Performance Testing tools like LoadRunner, Performance Centre, JMeter, or NeoLoad Experience in API testing using Postman and database management with Oracle Skilled in test planning, strategy development, execution, and performance analysis Expertise in monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SQL tuning UK Passport Holder Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements Experience in applying and testing Oracle Updates Support, configuration, and extension services experience with UK Govt clients Excellent spoken and written English skills Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet client needs Self-initiative and ability to work independently Hands-on experience supporting, integrating, and extending Oracle SaaS HCM Understanding of performance tuning techniques and application optimization We also use Fusion SaaS (All) Cx Cloud EPM Cloud / On Prem EBS PSFT JIRA #LI-AM3 #LI-Hybrid Career Level – IC4 #J-18808-Ljbffr
