Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mosaic Configuration Lead (Senior Project IT Analyst) to support our Mosaic Improvement Programme on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This key role involves the delivery of multiple system improvements and implementations across Mosaic, working in close collaboration with our Technical Project Manager. You will be responsible for the configuration and optimisation of Mosaic to meet statutory and operational requirements. This includes leading change activities, managing implementations, and ensuring the system continues to meet the evolving needs of our users and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimise the Mosaic Social Care System to align with service needs and legislation.
  • Lead system change delivery, including planning, testing, and rollout of new functionality.
  • Manage change control processes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Oversee testing (including UAT) and ensure robust system changes are deployed.
  • Support data integrity and work with teams to enhance data quality.
  • Provide expert input into training and user support materials.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote innovation and continuous system improvement.

About You

Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience configuring and supporting Mosaic or similar social care systems. You’ll bring a solutions-focused mindset and a strong understanding of local authority or public sector environments. You’ll also need to be a great communicator, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders—from IT professionals to frontline service teams.

  • Proven experience configuring Mosaic or similar systems.
