Senior Application Consultant β The Role:
- We are looking for a Senior Application Consultant to utilise programming and analytical skills in supporting and developing business critical applications.
- You will provide first-class support in using the systems, which will include debugging, improving functionality, producing reports and statistical analysis.
- Undertake (including checking) scheme data migrations.
- Utilise your development skills (VBA, VB.Net, C#) to deliver solutions.
- Work with external contractors to implement new applications.
- Contribute towards the testing of updates, changes, bug fixes, new processes and new development releases.
- Checking of tasks/projects conducted by other members of the team.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 yearsβ experience carrying out a similar role within employee benefits, pensions or financial services industry. Educated to Degree level or equivalent. Advanced Excel skills and experience of writing, debugging complex macros in VBA.
