They are dedicated to enhancing brand exposure and using consumer insights to boost marketing and operational performance.Theyโ€™re looking for a Senior Account Manager/Client Lead โ€“ Amazon Retail, who will manage key client relationships, develop strategic plans, and ensure client success while working closely with senior stakeholders.Job Summary:This hybrid, full-time role requires a proactive, experienced professional with strong communication and analytical skills. Youโ€™ll manage tier 1 and 2 client accounts, drive strategic planning, and leverage data insights to make informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to optimize client presence on eCommerce platforms like Amazon.Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver results.Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze data, uncover opportunities, and create actionable insights.Team Collaboration: Work closely with account, content, and creative teams to deliver seamless project execution.Client Communication: Provide regular updates and performance insights to clients.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve eCommerce challenges, ensuring client success.Business Reviews: Lead quarterly and annual reviews, using data to drive growth.Mentoring: Support junior team members in their development with guidance and feedback.About You:Customer-Focused: Proven ability to engage clients at all levels, including c-suite, and be a thought leader in eCommerce.Continuous Learner: Committed to learning and sharing best practices with colleagues.5+ Years of Experience: Expertise in client management, ideally in eCommerce or retail media.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.Strong Communicator: Able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.Marketplace Expertise: Knowledge of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and their advertising platforms.Data-Driven: Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performance.Positive and Self-Motivated: A growth mindset and eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced company.Bonus: Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.If you\’re passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!
