We’re hiring a Programme Manager to lead critical, high-impact workstreams as part of a major M&A integration programme. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our technology estate across infrastructure, applications, operations, and security.
Key Projects You’ll Lead:
- Technology Debt remediation and Operational Resilience uplift
- IT Operations Management (IToM) enhancements
- Data Centre lift and shift
- Application transformation and consolidation
- Cyber security uplift and control alignment
- Operations Technology synergies across merged entities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cyber, and IT operations teams to unblock delivery
- Navigate complexity, ambiguity, and evolving priorities with confidence
- Manage cross-functional risks, issues, and dependencies in a dynamic environment
- Report regularly into the central PMO, aligning all activity to integration objectives
