Are you an experienced legal PA or PA with professional services who is looking to work for a growing UK law firm? This is a rare opportunity to join the Cheltenham team in their fast-paced and highly reputable team.

You will be using the latest legal technology and working with fee earners from trainee to Partner level assisting them with all aspects of admin support for their matters including:

  • Project coordination
  • Client relationship management
  • Communication support including directly dealing with clients as well as managing emails and diaries for your fee earners
  • Financial management including expense management and the billing process including support for the WIP progress for fee earners
  • Admin support including working with the admin team to delegate and monitor work

The office has a super working environment and operates a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. Experience of working as a legal PA or a PA from professional services is essential for this role.
