Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a management system centered on service perception to enhance operational compliance /efficiency.
- Align the requirements of headquarters (HQ) with regional offices, taking the lead in driving the implementation of relevant policies across representative offices and project teams.
- Advocate for continuous optimization of business management processes, system logic, and performance metrics at HQ based on a deep understanding of business requirements.
- Identify and communicate risks through internal systems and data analysis, ensuring thorough review and driving timely follow-up actions to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate effectively with relevant departments and teams to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks and projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Required:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments.
- Good skills in communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong compressive resistance when facing challenging tasks and deadlines
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Preferred:
- 2 years of experience working in Project Management ;
