Construction Project Manager

Ridgeway & Co are partnering with an established Main Contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a new-build scheme in Surrey.This is a fully traditional build project involving concrete strip foundations, brick/block façade, precast floor slabs, and a mix of truss and cut roofing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project from start to finish, overseeing all on-site operations.Key Responsibilities:Full site leadership from groundworks through to handoverLiaison with design team, client representatives, subcontractors, and supply chainManaging build quality, health & safety, programme and logisticsCoordinating structural works, brick/block superstructure, floor installs and roof constructionChairing site meetings and reporting project progress to senior managementManaging on-site teams to ensure timely delivery and high standardsRequirements:Proven experience managing traditional build projects (residential or commercial)Strong understanding of brick/block construction, concrete foundations, and roof structuresExcellent leadership, programme management, and subcontractor coordination skillsSMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black Card)Track record of delivering similar schemes £40m+ in valueBased within reasonable commute to Banstead or willing to travel
