The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
This is a permanent role, based ideally at our Oxford or London offices, with hybrid working, as part of our global qual team.
We are looking for someone who can be the global centre of expertise for qual project management, able to work with colleagues around the world to optimise the efficiency of our qual business. Help them to understand which suppliers to use to get competitive costs. In doing so, enable the rapid growth of NIQ's qual business. Help them understand how to procure sample and moderators separately, based on a detailed understanding of the optimum suppliers for different types of job.
Give guidance on the project management tasks required, in relation to:
- Online qual
- F2F qual
- F2F qual with products
- New AI platforms
- Workshops (including creative venue selection, costing for team travel etc)
Give guidance on international costings, helping them to obtain competitive high quality bids.
Responsibilities
- Work with procurement to optimise our supply base, moving to strong relationships with a smaller number of suppliers globally.
- Help our global business begin the transition from one where we rely heavily on external vendors, to one in which moderation can be completed by our internal team. This will require systems/processes for understanding the time commitment and availability of teams around the world.
- Do this by building a network with all global qual project managers and building aligned process and reporting.
- Ensure our global teams are using the right contracts and paperwork.
- Work with the operations team to develop a clear Privacy and Security Protocol (PII, GDPR etc) and deploy this globally, taking account of our new AI driven qual platforms.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience of project management operations within a qualitative research business.
- Deep understanding of qualitative approaches, and how to construct costs and project plans effectively.
