MBN Solutions are supporting a Financial Services client in the search for a Senior Campaign Analyst to join their CRM team. As part of a strategic CRM team, you’ll design and deliver data-driven campaigns, applying segmentation and personalisation to optimise impact across channels like email, SMS, and direct mail. You’ll also support the development of more junior analysts and play a key role in embedding a customer-first, insight-led mindset across the wider marketing and communications team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of campaign briefs, turning them into accurate, targeted audience selections.
- Apply segmentation logic, inclusion/exclusion rules, and personalisation strategies.
- Provide clear, actionable performance insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams across Data, Technology, Product and third-party CRM partners.
- Mentor and support a junior analyst within the team.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in CRM or campaign management roles with a customer communications focus.
- Strong working knowledge of SAS for data selection or analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Ability to interpret and present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience in B2C environments.
