End to end processing of supplier invoices through Continia and Business Central software Take ownership of preparation of weekly payment runs across multiple currencies and banks Assist with invoice and payment queries across different functions and departments within the company Engaging with suppliers on an ongoing basis and reconciling supplier/vendor accounts Provide support with ongoing integration and modernization project Provide insights into weekly and monthly aged creditors Effective collaboration with finance team and wider business The Must Haves Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounts payable Experience supervising team members Proactive approach to working and desire to learn Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to be on-site up to 3 days a week Retail/multisite experience preferred Experience in Business Central and SAP preferred The Extras Generous clothing allowance 60% off all Sweaty Betty merchandise and 50% off sister brands 25 days holiday, plus 8 flexible bank holidays Sample sales Company bonus scheme Cycle to work scheme Generous Company Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay and Childcare support Discounts at the best Studio Classes SB Flexible Working: we currently work flexibly between the office and home.
