Are you an outgoing, flexible, and charismatic individual seeking a role working with secondary school students in an Alternative Provision as a Science Teacher?
If you hold UK QTS and have relevant teaching experience, ideally with some experience supporting children with SEMH needs, then this Science Teacher role would be perfect for you.

Science Teacher | Job Role

  • Teach Science across Key Stages 3-5, supporting students with preparation for GCSEs and A-Levels
  • Deliver highly engaging lessons for small groups of up to 6 students and on a 1:1 basis
  • Support students with SEMH, ASD, trauma-inflicted backgrounds, and behavioural challenges
  • Assist with all aspects of the school day, integrating Science teaching with holistic care
  • Provide the best educational experience for children in an Alternative Provision setting

This Science Teacher position is based at a rapidly expanding Alternative Provision, conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Blackheath station and close to the bustling high street, filled with bars and restaurants.
