You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing support and guidance to customers while efficiently resolving logistical challenges associated with order preparation.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Advisor – Customer Service Excellence

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels.
• Support customers in navigating product information and making informed decisions.
• Process sales orders.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer needs.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team.

Essential Customer Advisor Skills And Experience

• Prior experience with customer service and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
• Prior experience working within a team.
