About the Role
As a key member of our specialist in-house studio, you’ll take ownership of high-value, bespoke bid and retention submissions — transforming complex content into strategic, visually compelling documents that win business. Aligned to our Restaurant Associates sector, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to bring proposals to life. This is an opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting client opportunities across workplaces, destinations, and events.
What You’ll Do
- Design, lead, and deliver high-impact proposals, tenders, and presentations that reflect brand excellence and win strategies
- Translate bid narratives into innovative formats, balancing compliance with creativity
- Champion brand consistency while exploring fresh, tailored design approaches
- Collaborate closely with the Bid Team Manager, Growth Director, and subject matter experts throughout the bid lifecycle
- Guide and manage the production process — from concept to print or digital submission
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the Creative Lab by sharing ideas, tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail
- Experience working on high-value, deadline-driven bids or sales documents
- Confidence in managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Word, PowerPoint, and e-tendering platforms
- Excellent copywriting and editorial skills — able to shape content and messaging to influence outcomes
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a solutions-first mindset
- Recognised bid management training and/or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative delivery of bid submissions across design, writing, and layout
- Develop persuasive responses in partnership with subject matter experts and bid writers
- Contribute to the creation of win themes, solution design, and proposal structures
- Coordinate with designers, artworkers, and print partners to ensure seamless execution
- Support post-submission debriefs and knowledge capture processes
- Act as a brand guardian and creative ambassador within the wider Growth Community
