We are looking for an Enterprise Manager to lead the commercial catering offer at Bishop’s Stortford College, covering both hospitality and paid-for services across campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5, including 3 café staff, to deliver a high-quality commercial service.
- Oversee the new café, tuckshops, horsebox unit, vending, and other commercial food outlets.
- Lead the planning and delivery of hospitality for school events, including VIP functions and parent-facing occasions.
- Drive innovation in the paid-for offer, balancing creativity with commercial performance.
- Hold full P&L accountability for enterprise activities, meeting revenue and profit targets.
- Weekly reporting to Contracts Director on financials.
- Manage internal and external bookings, ensuring a seamless service experience for all users.
- Managing Bluerunner (Internal Booking system) and update pricing.
- Work with Executive Chef to ensure correct menus and costings for each event.
