What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities and close deals
- Presenting our products and solutions to prospective clients (you’ll be well coached on this!)
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities using our CRM (HubSpot)
- Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
- Learning fast, taking feedback on board, and continually improving your sales skills
- Chasing targets, hitting goals, and smashing your commission
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with relentless drive to hit (and beat) targets
- Strong communicator - confident speaking to people on calls, emails and in meetings
- Resilient, coachable and motivated to learn fast
- Organised, proactive and happy using tools like CRM (we’ll train you)
- Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
