We are working with a major player within the industrial technology space who are seeking a Software Consultant Team Leader who will be taking a "Player-Manager" role, with a portfolio of your own customers and taking on the day-to-day management of a small team of Software Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and developing the UK Software Consultancy Team
- Providing technical support and tailored software strategies for key customers
- Introducing new software features and staying updated on industry regulations
- Collaborating with your colleagues in Commercial and Sales teams to bring on new accounts, work on improvements
- Attending networking events and trade shows
- Experience in providing support for customers within the manufacturing/construction sector
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer engagement, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills
- Valid driving licence
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in software implementation
- Flexibility to travel 70%
