Established in 2021, Benjamins Workshop Ltd is a dynamic and growing bespoke cabinetry joinery company based in Bethnal Green E2. In three years, the company has grown a full-time team of 1 to 12 and has swiftly become established amongst the most in-demand workshops in London.
The company provides bespoke fitted furniture to residential and commercial projects across London, primarily supplying residential kitchens, wardrobes, storage, seating, and other bespoke joinery items. Our client base consists of professionals, established designers, main contractors, as well as high-end users.

The Role:
The spray finisher is responsible for applying finishing products to all of the company’s work. A high standard of work and attention to detail is required as you will be responsible for ensuring the work leaves the workshop with a consistently excellent finish.
Day to day:
- Preparation: Sand, fill, prime as required.
- Spraying: Mix paints and spray the work; must be familiar with different finishes including PU and acrylic paints and lacquers.
- Hand finishing: Hand applied finishing products such as oils and stains are also used.
- Booth maintenance: Keeping the booth and surrounding area clean and tidy.
- Inventory: Monitoring levels of consumable items and communicating when orders need to be made.
Skills And Experience:
- At least 4 years experience with spraying furniture.
- An understanding of joinery production process.
