The company provides bespoke fitted furniture to residential and commercial projects across London. Primarily we supply residential kitchens, wardrobes, storage, seating and other bespoke joinery items. Work with colleagues to create a productive, inclusive, happy and safe working culture The Role The spray finisher is responsible for applying finishing products to all of the companys work. A high standard of work and attention to detail is required as you will be responsible for ensuring the work leaves the workshop with a consistently excellent finish. Day to day Preparation : Sand, fill, prime as required. Spraying : Mix paints and spray the work, must be familiar with different finished including PU and acrylic paints and lacquers. Hand finishing : Hand applied finishing products such as soils and stains are also used. Booth maintenance : Keeping the booth and surrounding area clean and tidy Inventory : Monitoring levels of consumable items and communicating when orders need to made Skills And Experience At least 4 years experience with spraying furniture An understanding of joinery production process Attributes Commitment to achieving the highest level of finish Excellent communication with colleagues First class work ethic The ambition and dedication to help build a great company Collaborative team player Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy Tidy and clean worker Friendly demeanor and can do attitude Health and safety awareness Positive, problem solving, attitude Please click the APPLY button to submit your CV for this role Candidates with experience of: Paint Spraying, Coating Operator, Paint Operator, Finisher, Paint Finisher may also be considered for the role.
