Administrator / PA Central Oxford – £35k pro rata + benefits Temporary: March until September with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate Summary of post: This administration role is working with a world famous Choir in an academic environment in central Oxford. You will be supporting the Leader of the Choir in the day to day management of the Choir; its timetabling, diary and concert management. Duties will include: Organising events, managing concerts in the UK, helping prepare for tours, maintaining databases, contact with parents to help the smooth running of the choir and its integration with school and college. Supporting the work of the choir by general publicity and adverting, and administrative support for events and concerts. Process all invoices to do with the choir. Publicity and advertising: booking and preparing ads in the press for events and recruitment Maintaining and updating records of choir personnel Updating and maintaining and circulating guidelines Liaising with choir seamstress Keeping copies of all choir schedules and choir diary, and posting all events in the Chapel diary Diary management for choir leader Salary: c£35k pro rata Hours: 33.75 hours a week Holidays: 30 …
