Job Description We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in Branding UX and UI design to join our dynamic team. TThe ideal candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in brand identity development, responsive UI design, and intuitive user experiences for both web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to craft visually compelling, user-focused solutions that meet strategic business goals. Responsibilities Brand Identity Creation Gain deep insights into each client’s core brand values, audience, and strategic goals. Design and develop multiple early-stage brand directions and visual narratives. Evolve and refine branding into polished, market-ready identities with a consistent look and feel. Style Guide Design Develop comprehensive brand style guides including color systems, typography, iconography, and logo usage. Produce UI design documentation that ensures consistency across all touch-points and teams. Provide a visual and functional benchmark for design consistency throughout the lifecycle of a product. Generate additional assets and design materials for internal and client-facing use (e.g., decks, visuals, templates). UX Research & Strategy Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Define user personas, user journeys, and information architectures. Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences. User Interface Design & Hi-Fidelity Prototyping Combine UX research findings and branding strategy to design detailed product screens. Create high-fidelity click-through prototypes that showcase realistic user flows and expected interactions. Ensure visuals are development-ready and clearly articulate the product’s behavior and design logic. Maintain responsiveness and usability across multiple platforms and screen sizes. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with clients, product managers, and developers to align design output with business and technical objectives. Present and defend design concepts to internal stakeholders and external clients. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and business needs. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices in UX, UI Design and branding. Requirements Strong experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and brand identity development. A portfolio showcasing brand development, style guides, digital products, and UX/UI case studies. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility best practices. Ability to create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and prototypes for complex systems. Experience developing responsive designs for both mobile and desktop platforms. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, color, and hierarchy. Experience producing high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for handoff to developers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience with video editing, motion design, animation, or micro-interactions. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and collaboration with frontend development teams.
