We are supporting a growing organisation to recruit for a Customer Support Administrator. This role is initially 12 months with the view to go permanent. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers, predominantly via email, with the removal process from their portfolio
  • Administration for the contract paperwork
  • Supporting the sales team and attending customer meetings
  • Removing data from customer accounts
  • Managing a designated mailbox
