Job Description Nights: Monday to Friday – (10pm till 6am) Salary: £27,552.45 Hey there, I’m one of the Machine Operatives here at Valeo Foods UK, and I want to tell you a bit about the role and why it’s a great place to work if you’ve got experience in a factory setting. Our site is all about producing high-quality confectionery products. Whether it’s keeping our production lines running smoothly or ensuring everything meets our standards, every role here is vital in delivering the brands people love. What’s the role about? As a Machine Operative, your main job is to keep our production equipment running efficiently throughout the night. You’ll be setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to ensure everything runs like clockwork. There’s a lot of hands-on work – from troubleshooting issues to ensuring we meet our production and quality targets. It’s a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what we do. Whether you’re completing routine checks or stepping in to fix an issue, you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving. Why work with us? We’re Looking For People With Previous Factory Or Manufacturing Experience – Food Production Experience Is a Big Plus. You’ll Also Need An eye for detail to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our standards. Practical skills to operate and adjust machinery safely and efficiently. Reliability: This is a team environment, and we all count on each other to keep things running. Adaptability: Things can change quickly on the line, so staying calm and solving problems is key.
