Key required experience:

Professional qualification in Real Estate (e.g., Surveyor) or Consulting experience in a large professional services firm or equivalent corporate or public sector role.

Knowledge and/or experience of at least two of: Corporate real estate functions, Facilities management operations, Business case development, Estates / real estate transformation programmes , Estates / real estate optimisation programmes, Data analysis using tools in a real estate context.

The ability to travel as required.
