An exceptional role for an up and coming Business & Private PA. We are looking for someone bright, proactive, discreet and meticulous with a positive, can-do attitude to work for an entrepreneurial UHNWI who has global business interests. You will be based between the Principal's business office and private residence, both in Mayfair. You will be responsible for providing high level support across all areas of the Principal's private and business affairs. You will work closely alongside the Senior EA in the Principal’s office who will be your mentor and manager. You may occasionally be required to travel with the Principal as well as rotating out of hours cover.
Your background will include previous PA experience in a high end setting whether that be Finance, a family office or another corporate based environment. The pace of this role is super busy and you will need to be a robust Personal Assistant with expert organisational skills. You will need to be expert at juggling priorities, anticipating what needs to be done and delivering well thought out solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars over time zones and full inbox organisation
- Coordinate global travel arrangements and logistics, visas and private jets
- Support Principal on occasional international trips, producing notes and action points from meetings
- Liaise with high-profile industry leaders, governments, clients and financiers
- Act as touchstone for family members, supporting with ad hoc personal errands, appointments and frequent travel arrangements
- Liaise with household staff and contractors
- Coordinate ad hoc projects
Candidates must:
- Have Private PA experience
- Enjoy working as part of a team, but also be able to take decisions and use your initiative
