Consultant or Senior Consultant, S/4 HANA Order To Cash (OTC)

We are seeking experienced Consultants specializing in S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Individuals will drive the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of S/4HANA solutions within our clients' SAP landscapes, ensuring secure and compliant OTC operations.

• Drive and participate in all phases of the SAP S/4HANA project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide expert consulting on SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC processes, best practices, and industry solutions to clients, aligning technology with their business needs.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis of client's existing OTC landscape, identifying areas for improvement, innovation and optimization within an S/4HANA context.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC solutions, including sales order management, pricing, billing, delivery processing, revenue management, credit management, and transportation management.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC functionality, ensuring user adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Develop strong client relationships, building trust and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC innovations, functionalities, and best practices, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

• Full lifecycle implementations: Demonstrated success delivering full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC implementations.
• Hands-on configuration experience: Deep understanding and practical hands-on experience configuring key SD/OTC modules in S/4HANA.
• Integration knowledge: Familiarity with integrating SD/OTC with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PP).
• Industry experience: Experience in relevant industries, e.g., energy, oil and gas, consumer goods, telco, media and technology is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with Advanced ATP, FSCM Credit Collections & Disputes or Settlement management/Rebates.
• Certifications: Existing SAP S/4HANA certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
• Security cleared / ability to gain security clearance, to be able to support activities in the Public Sector.
• Experience of working across both private and public sector.
