Remote (occasional travel to London hub) ???? £65,000 – £70,000 + 10% Bonus I am working with a rapidly growing SaaS startup in London who are hiring for a Growth Manager, with a Product-led focus. They have secured £35 million in seed round and are backed by top tier investors. Their growth is exceptional, having already bought 8 businesses in the last 18 months and much more exciting things in the pipeline over the next 2-3 years! This is a pivotal role for the team – you will be joining as their 4th marketing hire and your key focus is to drive growth through exceptional product experiences. A track record in successful product-led environments is a must! Key Objectives/Responsibilities: Increase User Acquisition Rates – Create PLG strategies that will attract users through product experiences. Drive User Retention – Implement programs that will improve retention rates by ensuring users continue to find value in the product. Organic Growth – Encourage user driven referrals and word of mouth sign-ups Optimise onboarding processes to ensure seamless user activation and adoption. Work collaboratively with Product, Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure unified PLG objectives. Develop educational content and in-app resources/tutorials that highlight the products value. Build and engage with user communities to promote knowledge sharing and support. Carry out A/B tests and other experiments to optimise onboarding processes and user experience. Analyse user behaviour, identifying drop-off points in the user journey and use the data to make improvements. Ideal Experience: 4+ years experience working in demand generation or growth marketing with a strong focus on product-led growth Previous experience working in Tech/SaaS Open to relevant product-led experience in DTC Skilled in In-App tools and Analytics platforms such as Hotjar, Mixpanel etc. Analytically minded and data driven Skilled in designing user journeys and onboarding experiences for self-serve products Entrepreneurial and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment Benefits: 25 days annual level Opportunity to work remotely £1,500 allowance for equipment Fast-track career progression in a scaling business Apply now or send your CV directly to laura@3search.co.uk
