Altum Consulting are working with a well-established international business looking to bring in a Senior Change & Transformation Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organisation as it continues to strengthen its transformation capability and deliver key strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.
The Senior Change & Transformation Manager will play a central role in designing and embedding a robust Change Management framework that supports major business programmes, driving engagement, alignment, and sustainable delivery across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of a scalable Change Management framework across strategic transformation programmes.

Partner with senior stakeholders to embed best practices in communication, engagement, and capability development.

Drive alignment between business goals and change activity, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

Establish governance, tracking, and reporting to monitor adoption and benefit realisation.

Build and empower a network of internal change champions across regions and functions.

Collaborate with Learning & Development to strengthen organisational change capability.

Anticipate and manage resistance to change, fostering a culture of collaboration, readiness, and accountability.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring programmes achieve sustainable results.
What We\βre Looking For

Demonstrable experience leading large-scale, multi-dimensional change initiatives in complex organisations.

Formal Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) is highly desirable.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Experience working across international and cross-functional teams.

Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivery.
