About the Company

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a fabulous Birmingham based agency, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and talented Digital Director to lead their strategy and digital offering.

Description

Working as part of the leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • developing and executing digital strategies
  • develop and enhance the digital services that are on offer
  • lead and develop a talented digital team
  • bring ideas and support to the leadership team
  • support and develop pitches with a focus on digital strategies
  • be the voice of digital within the agency and to the industry

Experience

  • a strong and proven background in digital marketing
  • driven by the power of data
  • experienced in developing digital strategies utilising the latest digital tools, technologies and trends
  • a confident and skilled team leader

Remuneration

  • £50-70k depending on experience
  • 24 days holiday
  • flexible working (3 days in the office/2 remote)
