We are representing NIKON UK, a branch of the Nikon Europe brand, which wishes to recruit well-qualified and enthusiastic future leaders for a graduate two-year entry-level Management Development Programme. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work across the business in three different departments—Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Planning—during their first two years. You will take on operational responsibilities from the outset, gaining hands-on experience and a broad range of skills. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad commercial experience within a prestigious, international brand. You will be exposed to various functions, projects, and people from the beginning. In addition to practical departmental experience, you will receive comprehensive in-house training from senior management and a dedicated personal mentor committed to your development and success.
