What You’ll Do:
- Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads for Android apps, with plans to expand to iOS apps in the future.
- Regularly generate and implement hypotheses to achieve the target ROAS.
- Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Systematically test new apps.
- Closely collaborate with the Team Lead and ASO team.
- Report regularly.
- Competitor research.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition management.
- Experience with traffic for Android and iOS apps via Google Ads.
- Required experience with Google Ads (PPC, UAC).
- Experience working with Google Firebase.
- Understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to operate with: CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, ROI, LTV, CAC.
- Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality hypotheses for ad campaigns.
- Desired English level: at least B1 (Intermediate).
