Buckingham Futures is recruiting for a Property Sales Negotiator in North West London. Are you a people person with a passion for property and a hunger to succeed? Buckingham Futures is partnering with a dynamic, high-street estate agency based in Wembley, North West London—and they want you to join their growing team as a Sales Negotiator.

This isn’t just any sales role. What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the friendly first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Organising and conducting property viewings across NW London
  • Driving sales progression, assisting with legal paperwork, and supporting market appraisals
  • Generating leads, including some proactive door-to-door outreach
  • Preparing sales contracts and liaising with buyers and solicitors
  • Travelling regularly to meetings and viewings (full UK driving licence essential)
