  • Enforces our Homebase policy consistently and fairly across all productions.
  • Attends daily scheduling meetings to ensure information is captured correctly in our and other teams tracking documents and systems to ensure we have the correct resource booked.
  • Support internal & external contributors to navigate corporate provisioning systems, to ensure smooth workflows on site.
  • Ensures cost allocation information is correctly allocated to workers in our Freelancer timesheet portal so they are able to accurately claim for the time they have been booked.
  • Weekend cover (where required) to ensure production teams and freelancers have the correct level of support, with fast escalation to senior team where required to limit any production impact.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Solid understanding of the full production process.
  • Prior experience working within a broadcast industry.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a dynamic production setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
