Implant & Lab Sales Specialist – South West & Wales (Mat cover 13 months)

Responsible for selling Dentsply Sirona dental implants and their digital implant workflows to help new and existing customers grow their business. The successful candidate will have an existing knowledge of dental implants and will be passionate about collaborating with colleagues and dental practice teams to make people smile. Full training will be given to the successful candidate – you must live in the following area: BA, BS, EX, PL, TA, TQ, TR, CF, DY, GL, HR, NP, SA, SY, WR, WV, LD.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be the Dentsply Sirona implant and implant workflow specialist for Dentsply Sirona, providing technical knowledge (both face to face and virtually) to our customer.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain account plans that align Dentsply Sirona and customer objectives to mutual benefit.
  • Develops new business (existing and competitor) in collaboration with other sales team members to sell implants and their workflows.
  • Able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the workflows for mutual success.
  • To embed new and existing workflows to new and existing customers.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams where necessary on how to deliver the best education programmes to customers.
  • At the forefront of trends in implants, constructively reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Record all customer interactions and information in Salesforce.com.
  • Complete routine administration tasks on time and accurately e.g. Salesforce.com leads & opportunities etc, expenses, attend to emails, ongoing learning and development (not exhaustive).
