About the Role
One of our major clients is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Cost Engineer to support their Project Controls department. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and be involved across all stages of the Programme Lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the Cost Engineer and Project Managers to ensure budgets, forecasts, and reports are accurate and aligned with the schedule.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining cost forecasts with the Cost Engineer and Project Managers
- Collaborate with Programme Planners to align forecasts with project schedules
- Monitor spend and budgets to support cost control and affordability
- Support month-end reporting and maintain data across internal financial systems
- Attend monthly supplier meetings and support contract admin via CEMAR
- Raise purchase requisitions and process invoices in internal systems
- Verify invoices/valuations and support resolution of financial queries

Additional Information
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this they will be required to be a Sole UK national.
