We are looking for a Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our PureWick solution across primary and secondary care in the UK. This new role will be pivotal in shaping market development strategies and advancing value-based healthcare initiatives, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and system-wide efficiencies within the NHS. You will be an integral member of the UKI UCC leadership team, responsible for driving adoption and expanding access through targeted engagement and evidence-led value positioning. This dynamic field position involves approximately 75% customer-facing duties across the UK, requiring frequent overnight stays. We are open to candidates from various locations, as long as you are well-positioned to travel within the country.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead the execution of the UK market development strategy for PureWick, driving adoption in primary and secondary care settings.
- Identify and analyse new market trends and opportunities to support business growth.
- Generate insights through research, data analysis and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with the Market Access team to collect and utilise health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) data to support funding and reimbursement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Health Boards, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and clinical advocates.
- Segment and analyse customer channels (e.g. hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation) to tailor business development efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling customer value propositions and commercial strategies.
- Monitor and manage key projects using structured methodologies to ensure timely and effective execution.
About You:
- Significant experience in the medical device industry, with sales management and leadership experience preferable.
- In-depth understanding of the UK healthcare system and procurement landscape.
- Demonstrated success in building strong customer relationships across a range of healthcare environments.
- Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and communicate complex value propositions clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Educated to degree level; a Master’s qualification is advantageous.
