CEO Medtech Scaleup Europe (Remote-Friendly) HQ - Netherlands £120k - £130k basic + bonus + Significant equity from day 1. Morpheus are currently partnered with a Seed Funded business who are revolutionising neurological diagnostics. They are entering an exciting new chapter — after 10 years of development, validation, and relentless vision, our breakthrough in non-invasive functional testing is ready to scale. Backed by strong clinical results and a bold mission, we’re now hiring a commercially-driven CEO to lead our next phase of growth.
What’s the opportunity?
This isn’t your classic corporate CEO role. We’re looking for a hands-on builder — someone with a medtech or healthtech background, ideally with CEO or commercial leadership experience, who knows how to navigate hospitals, drive sales, and forge strategic partnerships. You'll be the outward face of the business — owning GTM, building channels, and telling our story to partners, customers, and investors. Internally, you’ll work closely with our Founder/CTO (who will focus on clinical and R&D) and help grow our small, mission-led team.
You bring:
- CEO/founder or commercial leadership experience in medtech / healthtech (startup experience is ideal)
- 5+ years in a leadership position
- Knowledge and understanding of how to garner VC support and external funding (bonus)
- A strong network in healthcare / hospitals / diagnostics, especially in neurology if possible
- Proven track record in go-to-market, sales strategy, and partnerships
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable rolling up sleeves, moving fast, and making decisions
- Bonus: some technical fluency or background to help bridge the product story
Where we are:
- Pre-revenue, product-ready, with 12 FTEs (growing to 25 over 1-2 years)
- Strong early traction with clinical trials and validation
- Manufacturing set up and scalable
- Founder-led to date; ready for its first external CEO to lead commercial execution
- Flexible equity structure for the right candidate
