On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a public sector organization based in the North West. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day procurement activities, engage and lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage frameworks, and potentially assist in recruitment. The role involves working across various categories, with a focus on professional services and place.

  • CIPS, working towards, equivalent, or evidence of CPD.
  • Strong public sector regulation knowledge, including the Procurement Act 2023.
  • Experience with end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Experience leading and delivering multiple tenders within public sector regulations.
