A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position, you'll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. You will work at heights and in confined spaces, exposed to weather conditions. At this site near Matheson, CO, shifts are typically 4 days a week, 10-12 hours per day, with guaranteed overtime opportunities. An on-call rotation schedule is also part of the role, covering off-work hours and weekends. The team usually works in teams of 2-3, climbing 1-2 turbines a day.
