About this team: The Recruiting Coordinator is an essential role partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to support Magnite in hiring top talent. This position administratively supports all hiring efforts for the Recruiting Team and will play an important role in delivering a world-class hiring experience globally. This is a high impact role with exposure to all aspects of the business. It’s a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruiting and get direct career development and exposure to People Team projects, Employer Branding, DEI, HRIS Systems and Tools.
In this role you will:
- Manage and uphold an excellent candidate experience, acting as an advocate and resource for candidates in collaboration with our recruiters.
- Schedule interviews for prospective candidates, supporting EMEA and US/Canada team scheduling.
- Assist in the creation of a top-shelf candidate and new hire experience.
- As needed, partner with our Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
- Identify insights within candidate pipelines to improve recruiting processes.
- Support events, projects and reporting that impact the greater Recruiting team.
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and empathetically while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Help create and launch recruiting marketing strategies that support the Employer Branding initiatives.
- Act as point person for monthly reporting and data pulls related to hiring, offers accepted/declined and ad hoc reporting, as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, benefits, compensation and other related organizational policies and practices.
- Continue to improve upon our Employee Referral Bonus Program as well as reporting related to the success and growth of this program.
- Assist in the planning and attendance of recruitment fairs and open houses.
- Assist in booking flight and hotel reservations for candidates, tracking and submitting receipts to billing, as needed.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new systems.
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably Workday.
