With the order book full until 2024, there is excellent scope for a credible Mechanical Lead to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years. This is a fantastic opportunity to transfer into a booming sector which will continue to grow over the coming years. The industry’s need for Data Centre Infrastructure is increasing. Mechanical Lead Responsibilities: Management of Site QA, specifically regarding the Mechanical package including setup, management, and closeout of files. Management of all costs associated with your package. Management of all day-to-day site operations. Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure a weekly meeting with sub-contractors. Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Coordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings. Issue weekly safety statistics & project labour projections. Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are captured and costs are issued to the client. Mechanical Lead Key Requirements: A trade qualification and/or relevant third-level qualification. Several years of experience in a similar role. Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects. Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards. Experience in design and build projects. Good technical knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
