What do the client do?

Our client have been established for over 20 years and specialise in providing high quality & innovative fire systems to the UK and international market.

Offering a wide selection of products to their customers, their success is based on a strong & highly customer focused strategy driven by a team of experienced industry professionals.

Backed by a wider investment group that turnover £700 million across the UK, this is an exciting time to join the team as a Graduate Regional Sales Manager.

What will the role involve?

In your first few months you will receive a thorough induction, spending time in each department of the business with a training guide to complete. Your time will initially be spent in the warehouse to fully understand that part of the business before moving across to the sales team where you will be managing existing clients but you will also be given the opportunity to seek out new customers.

You will be representing their full range of products including fire alarms, smoke ventilation systems, emergency lighting, signage, communication & call systems, fire suppression & extinguishant, gas & water detection and security solutions.

With full training provided, this is an ideal role for someone with no industry experience that\’s seeking a long term sales role.

What are the company looking for?

Whilst there is no previous sales experience required, there are a number of transferable skills the company are seeking. Confidence to build relationships is key as you\’ll be meeting new people everyday. You\’ll be working towards targets that will sometimes feel easy to hit, other times they\’ll feel difficult – resilience and the ability to keep a level head will help.

* £27,000 basic salary
