What you’ll be doing: Designing websites, web apps, mobile interfaces, and campaign landing pages Running the full UX process: user research, personas, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to create engaging, data-driven experiences Analysing user data and feedback to inform design decisions Contributing to and evolving style guides, component libraries, and design systems Presenting ideas, explaining design rationale, and validating solutions through testing Optimising user journeys to boost engagement and conversion rates Staying current with the latest design and tech trends—and suggesting ways to work smarter What you’ll need: 2+ years’ experience designing digital websites or web applications A strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work Proficiency in Figma (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator a bonus) Experience with user research, analytics (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity), and usability testing Understanding of accessibility, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player Motivation, initiative, and a passion for making your mark Agency experience Experience creating or maintaining design systems Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Bonus Scheme – Rewarding outstanding contributions ️ Private Healthcare – For you (UK-based) and your family Team Days & Socials – Karting, games, and overseas trips (Iceland & Morocco so far!)
