We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our team as a System Analyst. Working closely with the Group IT Team and end users, you will play a key role in the specification, configuration, development, and continuous improvement of our internal systems. This position involves supporting both new and existing applications, collaborating with IT business partners and third-party vendors, and identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Substantial experience in a technical IT position;
- Proven experience in IT Application Management or Development;
- Thorough understanding of SQL (queries, stored procedures and functions) and its use in different environments e.g. MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL;
- Good understanding of C#/.NET;
- Previous Energy Supplier knowledge and experience.
