We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, fast-paced team in Harlow. In this role, you’ll provide direct-to-consumer (D2C) support, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat—helping with product queries, order tracking, and issue resolution. The goal is to enhance the customer experience through timely, efficient, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries about products and orders
- Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues professionally
- Making tailored product recommendations to improve the customer journey
