Meraki Talent is partnered with a leading professional services firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to their Edinburgh team to support C-Suite level stakeholders. This is a full-time position for a period of 3 months initially, but with the potential to go permanent. Our client is offering an attractive hourly rate, paid weekly, alongside a hybrid working model.
What Youβll Do:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, and handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Task Prioritisation: Help manage daily tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organise events, meetings, and team activities.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and assist with various projects as needed.
