Below is a refined version of the job description: Make a difference as an EFL Director of Studies We’re seeking an EFL Director of Studies to oversee our successful English Language Programme, which combines classroom lessons, excursions, and outdoor activities to create engaging learning experiences. You will manage a team of EFL teachers, contribute to teaching, and ensure the delivery of fun, safe, and well-structured courses at our centres. You will receive support through a 4-day induction, ongoing CPD reviews, and central assistance from our Academic Manager. Pre-written courses (A1-B2 levels) will assist your teaching team, making this role an excellent entry into academic management. Requirements Cambridge DELTA/Trinity Diploma, TESOL/TEFL Q, PGCE plus CELTA or equivalent. Experience in classroom-based teaching. Previous management experience, including task and objective setting. Organized, self-motivated, and diligent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
