We are looking for people with great personalities who are experienced in customer-focused roles and interested in trying something different, exciting, and new.
Job Purpose: To provide relief services to any branch within your area in the absence of a manager. To ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with company strategy to provide excellent customer service and promote a positive working environment for branch colleagues.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Maintain high standards in branch housekeeping, including maintenance, display, stock management, administration, customer service, training, and daily tasks.
- Perform security checks on fixtures, fittings, machinery, and stock.
- Conduct cash checks following company procedures.
- Carry out company 6-point checks for auditing purposes.
- Conduct salesmanship training.
- Perform quality checks.
- Manage branch stocktaking.
- Mentor and support new starters.
- Participate in branch refits as appropriate.
- Play a key role in opening and closing new branches.
- Ensure compliance with branch opening and closing times.
In accordance with your Terms and Conditions of Employment, you should operate flexibly across a broad range of activities to support the company's need to adapt and provide first-class customer service. Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and own their vehicle.
