A major consulting-led transformation programme is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support enterprise-level digital and ERP change across multiple global business units. Working closely under a senior OCM leader, this role will be pivotal in translating high-level change strategies into tactical interventions that drive behavioural adoption and business readiness at scale.
This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team delivering complex change across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and cloud-based solutions in a dynamic, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end change management activities across key workstreams, aligned to programme milestones.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness planning.
- Develop and execute targeted change interventions including comms, training, coaching, and engagement.
- Establish and nurture change networks, ensuring business champions are empowered to drive adoption locally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and people change.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide feedback into programme governance.
- Support continuous improvement of the OCM framework and best practices.
- 8+ years’ experience in Organisational Change roles, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven track record supporting ERP or tech-driven change (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci or other structured change methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments across multiple geographies.
- Confident working across both strategic and operational levels.
