Senior Resident Involvement Officer

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in East London, who are recruiting for a Senior Resident Involvement Officer on a nine to twelve months Fixed Term Contract.

The position is due to start immediately, and the annual salary is negotiable between £39,000 to £44,000

The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week from home, and 3 days in the office.

The ideal candidate will have a basic DBS certificate and have proven experience of resident engagement duties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing and delivering resident engagement activities with leaseholders for improvement and redevelopment projects
• Providing resident involvement advice to stakeholders and promoting customer involvement opportunities
• Organising and recording outcomes of local customer meetings and events
• Drafting board papers, supporting resident chairs in meetings, and ensuring accurate minutes and follow-up actions
• Resolving customer issues and complaints, liaising with the Complaints Resolution team as needed

Experience required:

• Experience required in co-chairing meetings
• Knowledge on Tenancy Satisfaction Measures
• Experience working with customers within housing

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
