Simply Learning Tuition is looking for a competent and experienced Client Sales Manager to join our award-winning private tuition and education consultancy based in Kensington, London. We are a growing, innovative company with a global client base and a reputation for delivering exceptional bespoke educational services to families.

About the Role:

As a Client Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to work closely with each family who enquires about our educational services and to sell them bespoke tuition and educational consultancy services. Simply Learning Tuition recruits exemplary tutors, and you will be representing their academic excellence, teaching styles and years of pastoral care. You will be a good judge of character and enjoy working with a myriad of different personalities. This role is a sales role. We require someone who is comfortable making sales on the phone; writing specific, informative and charming emails; and who sincerely cares about helping children and young adults achieve their academic potential.

Your work will be dynamic; one day you may help find a tutor who can delicately balance the provision of emotional sensitivity with academic excellence to support a child’s learning through a difficult time, on another day, structure and co-ordinate a suite of tutors to deliver GCSE home schooling to a child who is sailing with their family on a yacht for a year. It is essential that you are respectful of the privacy of families, as you will become a trusted educational advisor who is supporting their child or young adult to achieve academic success for a significant period of their educational journey.

In addition to managing these relationships, you will handle a variety of tasks including sales administration, answering calls, and liaising with schools and external educational organisations. This role is fast-paced, particularly during peak times, requiring strong organisational skills, teamwork and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience in the field of education or transferable skills of working with international families and/or UHNW/HNW families.
  • A personable and conscientious individual with a passion for building relationships, who has a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong written and in-person communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, tutors and other education specialists.
  • A highly organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, especially during busy periods.
  • A solid understanding of the independent school system is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A graduate with a 2:1 or above, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary between £28,500 – £45,000 depending on experience.
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day for your birthday and moving house.
  • Flexible working hours, with core hours from 9am to 5pm.
  • Role is office-based in Kensington, London with potential for one day of working from home.
  • A company mobile phone and laptop.
  • Employer pension contribution 3%.
  • Regular social events with colleagues and tutors.
  • Ongoing training and professional development, including bi-annual reviews.

Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment:

Simply Learning Tuition is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and requires all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check. Please note that this role will require references from your most recent employer, and any employment gaps must be explained. Legal right to work in the UK is required.

How to Apply:

If you are excited about joining a dynamic team where your contributions truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV and cover letter with the names of two referees. We would prefer someone to start immediately, but will consider applicants who can start before 1st September 2025 if it is the right person.
